Spill Containment and the Storage of Hazardous Substances

Proper spill containment in the storage of hazardous substances reduces environmental liability. In conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments on commercial or industrial real estate, our eyes are acutely tuned to telltale signs of poor containment of hazardous substances. A small investment can go a long way to establishing a higher worth for the property.
